Our Mission
About Our Fund
Rescuing Hooves is a fundraiser led by Gabi Caicedo and Clara Gruendler, two 11-year-old equestrians and horse-lovers. It is dedicated to raising money to help rescue horses in South Florida get the food, medical supplies, and care they need.
Sadly, many rescue horses are put down or die young because of lack of financial resources and/or money to get life-saving surgery. We believe that every single horse deserves to live a long life, or at least a happy short one. Every donation can make a difference for the lives of rescue horses.
Ways You Can Help: You can help support this cause by donating to us (on Donations tab) and/or buying one of our Rescue Kits (on Products tab). Together, we can reach our goal of at least $400.

Hi, I'm Gabi! I love horses and have been riding since I was five. I also love to write and recently published my first book, "Chosen by a Pony".
All book sale proceeds go to horse rescues as well ! And you will get a copy when you purchase one of our rescue kits.
That's what inspired me and my horsey bestie, Clara, to create Rescuing Hooves. We design products, sell them, and donate all proceeds to horses in need.
Even though I love competing at horse shows, helping horses will always be my greatest passion.💖

Hey, it's me, Clara! If you want to get to know me, you're in the right place.
I absolutely love horses—horseback riding is my passion! Every week I ride at my barn. Sometimes I even compete at horse shows. Also, my favorite color is pink .
Rescuing Hooves is our non-profit fundraiser, where we raise money to donate to horse shelters, such as F.R.I.E.N.D.S.
Also, I deeply understand that the horses need help, so Gabi and I are trying to make a difference for this beautiful cause.
